Aperture Pictures recently completed a short video advocating for arts programs and arts funding for Philadelphia public schools. The video was produced for Chester Arthur Elementary to fulfill an advocacy requirement for the arts grant they received from The Picasso Project and Public Citizens for Children and Youth. www.pccy.org
